The hosting Has 5 gig space and 50 gig bandwidth and comes with cpanel+fantastico, it has unlimited, emails, mysql databases, subdomain. The hosting comes with everything you need. Now About the forum it is pretty active and has 300+ members and 10,000+ posts. It has only been around for a month and two weeks. So far it's doing really good. I just recently put up an ad system that you will get with the forum. With all of this you will get ownership of the domain www.creativea.net . The forums are located here, www.creativea.net/forums . You will get full ownership of it all. I am only looks to get 250$ for it so make your best offers.

    Forgot to meantion. Is the BIN $250.00 as listed here, or the $400/$450 you have listed on the other sites?
