Howdy everyone, I am thinking of 'creating' an 'Institute' so we can refer to it in our press releases, website, social media etc. I see a few companies have done this (eg. Microsoft Institute), however if it is purely a branding exercise and you do not make any money out of it, do you have to register this 'Institute'? Are there any tax implications for having one? It's proving very hard to find out info about this niche area of marketing/PR, so any advice/help would be appreciated!
