Is there a way to create a RSS feed for our normal website just like a blog? Please let me know if you know the way. Thanks

Yes it is completely possible for you to create an RSS feed for any type of website.

If you do some Google searches on creating RSS feeds manually you will find some tutorials that will explain this to you.

I create the RSS file each time I regenerate the sitemap file... I dump the newest HTML pages into the RSS file while I dump everything into the sitemap file.. and it gets picked up by content syndicator .. works great for me.. free backlinks..

You can do it manually as per the RSS 2.0 specification (search for it) OR you can use a site like html2rss.com to create a RSS feed per your website. Then submit that RSS feed to RSS submission sites like feedage feedster etc.

There are some simple feed creators, you just have to Google for one or look into CNET for one. They are not hard to make. You also can find a site that has a wide variety of "buttons for RSS Feeds". You will need to get one of those as well. Just Google for those as well.
