creation content and promote forum

    Is there any where that has service to promote a forum such as create content and get traffic to forum.
    I need a usefull service and I'm ready to cost and it's no problem!
    if any one know a company do this pls tell me.

    you can create content by hiring forum posters...if you need some i am there to work
