Creating YouTube Like player for my site

Hi, does anyone have any experience with creating a custom youtube-like player for websites. I have already designed the player (play buttton, pause button etc..) and I have no clue how to implement it on the site.

I suppose it's not what you're really looking for as you'll want to heavily customise it - of course, you can skin it.

You'd need to have a fair amount of experience in Flash to make one from scratch.

okay, i guess i will go ahead and customize my jw flv player first and see how that works out.

I do have experience with flash so it'll be no problem for me to design it. I already have on designed in photoshop and was going to import it into flash and try to code it.
