I have searched google to no avail, is there any tutorials or programs that can assist me in creating my own fonts. I have done some mark-ups and scanned them onto my computer how do I go about making them into actual fonts?

Also note, that I have done the font outlines in Adobe Illustrator.

Well, there's a few programs to do this, check out fontlab for nice software, or the (not very pretty) free open-source program FontForge, which is a POWERHOUSE when it come to editing.

    Best of luck!
