Creating Wordpress theme

    Dear users,
    I have an Wordpress theme which is still yet to be created in Photoshop. I want to use the theme for my clients (about 20 businesses) and integrate them in Wordpress. How do I get the admin panel function so everything can be customized easily?

    Please look for example on how to big players do it for their themes like, www.theme-junkie.com and www.elegantthemes.com.

    All advice is welcome!

    WordPress themes are coded in PHP, so you need to look for a PHP coder with WordPress experience. Try elance.
