is there a tool for converting html to wordpress template or an extension for dreamweaver? i had finish my html and i want it to convert to wordpress template. can someone suggest a tool to do that!? thank you!

Or if you have already done the html you can try just getting a simple theme and re-engineering it with your own code... its not hard... just add the header into the header... and use your css to change the way ul,lis etc work...
