Creating the Dynamic Keywords

Dear Friends!

Please tell me how to create a dynamic keywords in google adwords. please reply me in brief!

 

{Keyword:default text}

The default text is what you put in so that it shows on occasions when your keyword can't be shown,
You can use it in any line in your ad, but it's usually used as the first line.
