I have a blogger hosted site that i'm using amazon text links on. I use the text link builder that they offer but the html links are HUGE. Does anyone know a cleaner way to do this or even some type of hack for blogger or a greesemonkey script?
Why don't you like the links Amazon generates? You can leave off the last half of the link, if you look closely it is a 1 pixel image file that they use for tracking. You will still get credit.
You could use your own jumpscript to shorten URLs, but you'd have to run it on your own hosting. As far as I know, there is no solution for blogger or any other third party hosts without the ability to upload files via ftp.
You can use: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/<ASIN>/?tag=<tag> http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000GIP98Y/?tag=mytag-20
