I'm thinking of releasing a few template designs for things like wordpress, bbpress and phpld. Is this a good way to build links to my site? Should i use anchor text or just a plain www.mysite .com?
Hi Yes this is a very easy and good way to develop links to your site. It would obviously be better if you use anchor text as long as it isn't to "spammy" i.e. created by: “Cheap Flights†, users will simply just deleted such links. Good luck
