Can anyone help me find a (preferably free) version of survey generators that I can post to my blog? NOT just any survey, however. I'm trying to find one that allows for the results being returned according to the answers given to the questions. For example: Compiling a person's likeability, or best match if looking for a date.... Answers carry a point designation, and the respondent would get an answer based on their total points in the survey. 100-150 You are considered likeable, blah, blah, blah... 75-99 You could use some help in this department....... I'm not doing this in particular, it is simply an example of what I'm looking to accomplish. Many thanks!
