Creating Sign Up Forms

    How do I make the most basic signup form that has a text field for emails & a submit button?

    I mean, I know how to CREATE them, I don't know how to actually make them WORK.

    you must create a form that will take the input and email it.
    you need to take care about things like emal header injection.
