Creating Report of ALL users & passes

I was wondering if anyone knew how to set up the reports so I can get a list of EVERY USER and PASSWORD instead of just the main LOGIN and PASSWORD for the customer accounts.

Aside from checking the PWD file for authentication purposes, I want to have a quick hard copy of all of the users (including all the email account users for each domain and their passes).

    Any help would be appreciated.

    :)

    Thank you,

You would probably need to export the data if you want to include services since each customer can have an infinite number of services.

For customer login/password (main ones) it would be from the customer table. For emails, the email table, domains, the domain one, etc.

    Hello Shawn:

It only shows the main password if I exort it. If I export cPassword Cover

It dpes not display the passwords for the email accounts under the domains.

I can get the main login and pass (no prob) but for the additonal sers of the domain email accounts, I cannot get the passes printed out. I can get everything else. The domain, the email addresses, etc.
    Thank you

    Happy New Year!

Don't export anything that starts with a lowercase letter. They are fields used for internal purposes. You would want to get the actually password field.

    Ok Shawn:

I am having some difficulty with this.

Here are the steps I am doing:

    1) Mainetance & Prefs
    2) Export Raw Data
    3) I have done all of these:
    a) Customer Data
    b) Email Data
    c) Domain Data

After selecting these I tried to select Domain, Login Pass (Works fine and I get the MAIN USER IFO)

When I try to Select Email Data (for instance)
I get : cCurrent Email Login (works fine and gives me the email login)
cEmail Address (works fine and gives me the email address)
    cLogin (works fine)
cPassword Cover ( DOES NOT SHOW THE PASS BUT "*" for the passes)
Password (Gives the main PASSWORD for the MAIN account)
    Domain Name (worls fine)

Please help. I need to keep a hard copy of all of the users and passes for quick reference.

    Thank you,

    Hello Shawn:

It was just the PASSWORD option. It finally worked. Weird.

    Thanks and Happy Hoidays!
