Creating Real Estate Site. What are the best ways?

What is the best way to go abouts in creating a real estate site for a customer?

I was looking into the free scripts, but cant seem to find any that I like.

Does anyone have experience with real estate sites? Can you provide any tips, as to what languages can be used, and if there are any starter kits.

I was thinking of using asp.net but cant seem to find a good starter kit. Any suggestions?

Also, are there are any free CMS available for real estate sites. I was thinking about drupal. Does anyone know of any real estate modules for drupal?

I looked into this last year and didn't see any good free options, I recall there was a nice real estate module you could buy for Joomla for less then $200.
