Creating photobook assembling website

    I would like to create a website like shutterfly, or picaboo.
    My issue would be that I have no idea where should I start with writing the photobook assembling script, or app.
    If I wasn't clear enough please ask for clarification.

    You start by analysing their sites and the technology used to create them.
    Then you identify other technology that could be used to do the same thing and decide which approach you are going to take
    You upskill if necessary
    You knuckle down and start writing
