So I have an image in PSD format and I have some autoresponder code. How do I merge the two so that my optin box image becomes functional. My goal is to have an optin box like the one on: http://www.businessjolt.com/archives/ Like I said, I have the image and the code. Can anyone help me from here? I am willing to pay $10 to paypal. Should be a quick fix right. If needed I also have the CSS Style sheet as well.
