Creating new reports

    How would I make a monthly report of new vs. cancelled or "net new accounts" by domain. We have 3 domains.
    We are an old ISP that just fired and hired a whole new staff. Yikes! I am now in the position of trying to us Optigold for the first time. Any advice would be appreciated.
