creating more than one acc in YSM Is it allowed or not?

    I have got some doubt in this topic. Most of the persons are having more than 1 yahoo search marketing account. They are creating always new account by using promotional code. After it finished, They through out that account and create a new yahoo search marketing account by using another promotional code. Does yahoo knows about this. Is this a business tactics for yahoo?. If you have an answer about this topic. Please guide m

    opening multiple valid accounts is allowed. if yahoo catches you using multiple promotional codes however you will be banned
