Well, depends on affiliate program. Some have them and some don't. Most likely you will have to do it yourself.

I don't work with any of those two programs, so I can't say it how they do it. But usually you make one normal (or more) page optimize for product that you will promote. Basic design looks something like this. Here you have few tips how landing page should look like. - Font Face, Color & Size: Keep to one font, Verdana and Arial is the best. Different Fonts for headlines is fine. Text should always be dark on a light background (black text on a white background is preferred). Use one font size fore text and 1 for headings. -Make the Links Easy to Find: Keep them at standard colors (Unvisited Link - Blue, Active Link - Red, Visited Link - Purple ), because visitors are more familiar with them. You don't want to confuse them. -Call To Action: Make sure you make clear "call to action" button (Buy now). Tell them what to do. Ok, there is many more tips that you could use, but this are some of the basic ones.
Of course it does help. The better landing page you have, the more visitors you will attract and make them stay on your site, read your content and eventually buy the products you are promoting. If you have a bad landing page they will just hit the close button.
