Creating free .psd template designs!

    I am somewhat new to template designing but i have done a few before and I am really needing to build up my portfolio so i have decided to make some simple(as in a few pages) web templates for people. I will only do about 5 so post quickly. Payment is not required(unless you want to :D) and you will get to keep the .psd either way.

    Form:
    Theme of site:
    Colors:
    Look alike template link(if any):
    Changes in the already made template:
    Images that you would like to have in the template:
    Background image/color:

    Any other things you want me to know going into the project:

    I would like you to give me a design for www.loveofphp.com which is my php blog. I am not very happy with the current design. A website I like is www.ma.tt. Tell me by when can you give me the design?
