Im almost new to web design. I want to create a site where people can post pictures and/or text. I also want to include a rating system. How do I do this? Any programs that are easy to use for this purpose? Or where can I get someone to help me out? Cheers rickard
You will need a scriptting language like PHP, CGIor ASP. Using this you can store the information a database and build pages that can read information from databases and build your pages on the fly.
