I have a short film in adobe premiere 6.0 and I want to create a dvd of it with a dvd menu. What program should I use to do this?

I just installed proshow. The premiere file format cannot be imported into proshow so should I export my film to MPEG-2 before importing it?

I use Photoshop and Premiere when I'm making DVD menus. Since these are both Adobe products they integrate nicely with Adobe Encore.
