    Is this an actual drawing? Or a effect in photoshop?

    Can I see a High Quality sample?

    That is photoshop right? I am looking for someone who knows photoshop pretty well actually he/she should have middle-high knowledge of photoshop. I have few photos that i need changed and modifications to them. Let me know if you can do it. If yes please let me know your MSN so i can chat with you in detail.
