Hello Im still new to web development so im learning css i need help creating css vertical menu and use image i specify as background where i only need to change the text right now i have this menu its create in flash i want to Recreate it with css and use the image as background and the mouse hover as another image like shown in the image below hop anyone can help me show me example of this
