Creating content automatically from RSS feeds

I was wondering if anyone could help me with this.

I am trying to put some improvements on my woot! off checker site gDigger by adding the daily deals I come across around the net (the bottom part below the woot! off checker).

As it stands now I need to search the net for the deals and add them to my site one by one manually.

What I would rather achieve though is to subscribe to a site's special deals RSS and get that feed automatically generate content for my site. I have seen number of templates and webs around having this feature built into them so I know its doable but not sure how.

Can anyone point me into right direction pls?

    Thanks for help

Sorry, i didn't see this thread until now. I'm sending you a PM (please don't share the link since the page won't be there once the site goes live).

Take a look at this. As before, this page WILL NOT EXIST when the site goes live. So please, don't link to the temp page.

If you were using Wordpress just a simple plugin and you can add any RSS feed you are allowed to use. I use it a lot for affiliate feeds etc.

Bit out of date thread of mine I forgot to keep an eye on.

Since the last time I tried Dan Schulz's (thank you Dan) code and it seems to work the treat. But, and I forgot to mention that in my initial post, since I was looking to automate one of my WP blogs, one may need to do some more tweaking to Dan's code to accommodate it for Wordpress.

Hence as some you you mentioned, there is quite a number of available RSS2Blog WP plugins however not so easily found (I think the whole "make blog not spam" idea keeps these plugins at bay).
