Creating Article Directories With Wordpress

Is it possible to create article directories with wordpress using free tools?

 

I think there might be free plugins for that, did you try searching on WP-plugins ?

yes and no, i cant create featured accounts with it or free accounts with it...
I need to create them to limit the number of links per page and the reciprocal links.

i have other question, is it easier to do with Php ld?
i tried it once the it was giving me errors when i tried to change the theme.
I used c panel to instal the php
then i used the file manager to ad the theme to the directory
but the theme was weird and it was giving me some error when i entered the e-mail swipes
it was free to do anyway... what to you guys say?
