Hi all, I have a web site about ethnic and traditional music in Turkish and I have been creating another one having the same concept in English. Both have forums also. In Turkish version (it is 3 years old site), there are many people becoming member, and reading messages in the forums (about 2500 people) but only small proportion of them are active writers (only ~40). I want to increase number of people writing to the forum. What shall I do in order to turn readers to writers? And secondly, I haven't published English version yet. It is in testing period, but after broadcasting the site (I plan it will happen in one week), I want to create an online community based on these forums. What shall I do to increase number of people writing to forums at the start? Thanks for your attention.
