Just wondering if anyone could please give me some ideas - I own a premium .fm domain name and something really should be done with it...I'm not really sure what, though. It gets a few handfuls of type-in traffic every day. I don't want to actually run an internet radio station because of the copyright infringement issues...but was considering creating a site that categorizes existing internet radio stations within my niche (there are quite a bit). I'm just not sure how far I can take a site like that, even with Adsense. What else could I possibly do, relating to internet radio? I'm looking for CMS's or software that can be used, but there doesnt appear to be anything. I've found things like the shoutcast.com widget, but it would be really lame to make a 1-page website with a widget on it.
Maybe setup a radio station, Get some local artists and bands and just play unsigned bands and artists. Maybe build a community website for unsigned acts and bands. Thanks, Adam
I suggest you setup a site that promote a new and soon to be singer. I believe you can easily find someone that want their song to be aired at any internet radio. You can do some talent search at youtube or band forum,there are a lot of singer wannabies that want their song aired at internet radio.
