Creating an app for an image host

    Hi!

    I need help,and I'm even willing to pay if someone does it for me..

    I want a windows application for my image host that would:

    * Upload from your computer
    * Take screenshots and uploading them directly
    * Remote upload

    I'm not sure if I have to add any more info?

    All I need is a way to start. and if someone can do it for me,I can pay and then I will provide more info to get it done..
