Creating Amazon Account For Different Countries?

    Anybody know how to create affiliate accounts for countries with different languages other than English. I know you can get them on Fiverr for German and French, but what about the others?

    If you already have an account in .com.. then it is very easy.. usually they approve it within 72 hours.. why do you need to go to fiverr?
