Basically I want to start a blog on Tech News and Tech Gadget but I also want to including a blogging category.
So, I wanted to know that can I create all categories as something like this:

    techn.domain.com
    techg.domain.com
    blogging.domain.com

INSTEAD OF THE WORDPRESS CREATES LIKE THIS:

    domain.com/tech-news
    domain.com/tech-gadget
    domain.com/blogging

Please Let me know is that a good idea or bad ???

It's a bad idea. Are you creating new blogs for each category? Then why are you creating a new URL for them?
Also, why would you want to create a shortened version of your categories, instead of using the full keyword for them?

I see absolutely no benefit to doing this, except to create a confusing way to organize your content and to deny your root any SEO benefit of having your full category names on it.

Keep is simple. And spend your energy on your design and content.

    Rajnish357,
If you are after SEO, there is no point to overcomplicate things and use subdomains.
Keep things simple, all you need is to have your keyword in the url.

    Cheers
