Creating adwords acc using VCC

    I would like to open an adwords account through VCC. Is it possible to do it from india?. And is it possible to have any promotional vouchers?

    Yes, there are many voucher suppliers on the web. the vouchers are small though $50 or $100.

    You can use a VCC as long as the billing address can be set up to a legitimate place.
