I won't suggest you to open another AdSense account under fake details, specially after you've been banned.

If it was not your fault and you were banned by mistake, You may contact Google Support. I am sure they will help you out, and reactivate your old account.

Yeap asking your brother and sister to apply for you should be ok since it is different entity altogether. Main worry however, is that Adsense may think it is the same person as address and IP might be the same.

If you read through the threads in the forum, most did not get back their accounts, only a very few minority get back their accounts. There isn't much choice for us as Adsense is really predominant.

But They will Check Your Address, If any similarity in the Address (Banned), You will Not get the Account.

Once you banned forgot Ad Sense Try any other PPC.

from my experience they wont check ips, zip code, town etc, so that you can create under different name, I have two account one with my wife's address and another with my business partner address. And I am using adsense for last 2 years and I dont have any problem yet.

well my story: i had been banned once . ok i tryed to request another application on the google adsense but i did a mistake : I DIDNT CHANGE MY ADRESS , I FILL IN MY SISTER NAME AND THE OTHER DETAILS , and the caught me , and denyed my application. you only can fill your , dunno , friends name adress CNP and the other infos from HIS COMPUTER because the google team verify the Networks Board MAC IP adress and if you send the application from your computer they will deny it :) because you got banned once. hope this will help you.

What are you talking about? How is Google going to know your network card's physical address?
