Is it possible, will they still see that this account was disabled before?

Well first you have to change your IP address somehow.

Is there someone who tried to do that already?

If the name, address, websites and other details are same then they'll be able to find it. Try to open an account for some other individual - maybe your dad, mother - make sure you've all the details like bank account and others. They might still be able to find it as Google is smart and has some great engineers working for it ;) :)

You may even consider sending an email to Google to include you again into the Adsense program. Chances are less but you can give it a try!

If adsense ads are used on same sites then it becomes predictable for them to figure out that a new account has been made.

I would suggest try an appeal, if not successful, try other advertisers. No point tricking your way in. You won't know when they will discover and ban you again. I seen one member who was banned. A few years later he appealed with a nice and humble email and his account is restored. That should be the way.

Just try to mail them. Or start another account in your company name.

I'd be really suprised if you didn't get banned again using the same billing details but I hope it works out for you

I hope they won't do that.

They should indicate me right after I used my info, but they didn't.

Google has teams setup just to keep people out that have been banned. You will not be able to use any of your old contact information. Must use a different social security number. Get a different domain to place your ads on. Also, you will never be able to log into your account through your old IP again.

Getting back into Adsense by violating the rules right from the beginning is a great way to get banned again, just when you think you're about to get that first payout $$ ..

You are not smarter than Google - and if you think you are, then that just proves my point. Unless you change your IP, your home address, your social security number, your bank account, your website, your name, your gender and the color of your hair, you will be banned again.

Sure, someone will come along and post that it's easy and they've done it - they are either lying because they want to see you banned again, or they just have not been re-banned yet...

Better to stay away if u are banned. coz there is a risk of getting banned again with high balance.Try other networks. If you are using different IP make sure you did not access your old email accounts and other google services with old account throug it.
