Please tell me what's the right and efficient way for creating a Wordpress site ; changing an existing templates codes or via Photoshop. Thanks in advance.
First need to collect the requirement what you want in you theme and colors then create a design using photoshop or you will hair a designer after that will convert the PDS to wordpress.. There are many free wordpress sites out there, and you can configure them with plug-ins you want. If you want more professional one, it cost some money.
changes made in photoshop won't effect the site until you make changes in the theme code. my suggestion is to create a test site to make changes to the theme code until you like what you see. You can download the theme folder and then upload it to your working site.
I typically suggest folks grab something from themeforest if you are not fully up to speed. You get something awesome looking that is easy to edit, has a tricked out admin panel and so on.. hope that helps, Nigel
