    Why do you have to use FrontPage?

    Get a normal text editor and start from scratch. You're only wasting your time by using WYSIWYGs if you want your career to be in web development.

    If you only want to pass your course, then I suggest you set whatever image is there as a background image, and put some <br>'s up there then stick a table with a left margin or somethin' like that.

    <div style="background:url(images/background.jpeg) no-repeat;">

    If you're using a division.

    If you are in a rush, slice up the image and put it in a table.

    Alternatively, download the trial version of Dreamweaver... or Photoshop. You can slice it up in Photoshop and export to HTML (Image Ready). There are tutorials online.
