Creating a website/blog for forum in HTML

    I want to create a website or blog for forum only in HTML as I don't know php, css etc. If anyone replies to any thread, it may be 2 lines or 5 lines. How could this be adjusted? Can any DP member help me?

    Why dont you just use wordpress? If you dont have any php skills it is a bit harder these days to custom code

    Joomla is the best option CMS. you can create a website without programming skills. I am working in Joomla CMS.

    Yes, Use wordpress CMS it will be easy for your. For the custom website development you should have expertise with the HTML/CSS.
