its linux cent os i need full instruction our cpanel license is deactivated due to this i have ssh access via cygwin now i need to create a new e-mail account on an account what should i do ?
The creation of webmail accounts is handled within cPanel, since it has been disabled even with shell access you can't run the cPanel module to create the accounts. You can get other software to create email accounts outside cPanel, but they may conflict. If you just need to set up a mail address, it may be easier to change the domain's MX records so that all the mail is handled by a different server. You can then set up all the mail on that server.
