A lot of what I'm about to say is not new, parts have been posted on this forum many times (often by me lol, but also by others) But, since I still see so many posts titled: Suggest me hihg paying kewords What site best for display adnsese wats ur nitch I've decided to give the basics again. Ask yourself what you are interested in? Do you have hobbies or interests? Do you like mountain biking? Start a site about your interest. Mountain Biking in Trinidad for example. Write about what you personally have discovered or learned about mountain biking. View your own site. I can't stress this enough. Pretend that you are a user. What are you looking for? What do you NOT find. Write about what you did NOT find. Research it, learn about it. This will give you new and unique content. Place Google search boxes on each page. While this may not earn much for you, the information that people type in is invaluable. What they type in tells you not only what they didn't find, but also what people would like to find. Learn about what they are looking for and write about it. This is a source for new content ideas. And it's content that people WANT. The above steps are easy to do if you are interested in the topic. More importantly, they are easy to CONTINUE doing which is what is necessary for your site to grow. If you like mountain biking, you can write about it fairly easy, you'll maintain interest in the site because the interest in mountain biking will always be there. Can you say the same about DUI Attorneys? Sure, you might make more per click on a site about DUI Attorneys, but how many visits and how many clicks are you going to get on a site that doesn't get updated and contains material copied from 487 other sites? Compare that to the traffic an authority site on mountain biking might get. Go for the long haul. Sure, $3.87 clicks would be nice, but what if you only get one a day, or none some days and two on every other Tuesday? Now, what if you consistently receive 150 or 200 or more clicks a day, though maybe only equal to $0.10 each? Do the math. Do you want consistent income or flash-in-the-pan surges that die out just as quickly, requiring you to move to the next site and copy articles about Hair Salons...yawn!
Thanks for this! I am trying to do exactly what you are talking about. I don't have the time or inclination to build 100+ sites for the high paying "niches". So I built one site about my hobby and I'm trying to build that site out as much as possible. I may only be averaging $0.10 per click but I have a CTR close to 10% and my traffic is starting to grow. Plus, it's fun to work on a site that I actually have an interest in
hahaha. what can i say i hav great interest in learning foreign language but heck, nobody else does. my foreign language site is dead, zilch, poof! if you still want to do something you like....well you research how popular it is. if somebody hav told me this earlier i would have make much more much sooner.
This is so refreshing. I'm soooo tired of sites with duplicates re-written and re-re-written once again articles.
