I think there's a tool you could use, online. Google it.

    No problem, I'm glad I helped you. I think it's sitemaps.org or something... I really don't remember.

I don't think there's a way to add a site map to a blogspot. Some say they use rss feed url but it didn't work for me.

You can use your XML site feed as a sitemap in webmaster tools. It is very common practice.

You can add both posts feeds and comments feeds too. The url to add in the sitemaps is,

    yourblogspotdotcom/feeds/posts/default
    yourblogspotdotcom/feeds/comments/default

If you are using these feeds as the sitemaps, you will be able to submit only the last 25 items in the feed. To submit more urls, use the max-results parameter shown below,

    yourblogspotdotcom/feeds/posts/default?max-results=300
    yourblogspotdotcom/feeds/comments/default?max-results=300

    Hope it helped you.

Google bot just needs the links of the site and it does not require any CSS

    The real question is
"creating a site map for blogspot blog. Why?"

I suppose that Google knows when and how index blogs that are hosted at its servers.
