    Hello,

I am aiming in creating a new payment processing service in Tunisia, where we've got none of those services. As a start, I would simply create an escrow system, where people deposit money and then receive their goods (physical or digital), then integrating it in major companies. What I want to ask about, is by entering my personal name in TOS and in all forms in the website, am I able to act as an insurrance service provider (to deliever) between two persons (legally talking) without a need for a certified business nor declaring it to legal parts?

    Thanks

Sure you already know this, but you really should talk to a lawyer if your serious. I wouldn't even attempt anything like that without complete legal protection.

That would depend on your local law, but as mentioned you should consult a lawyer and get legal protection. Protect yourself first before protecting others.

Every country has its own laws and in such a service I think you need A REGISTERED COMPANY 1st and as mentioned above you need a lawyer to handle all the legal stuff for you , this is not like starting a blog where you think of it and do it and nobody asks, its serious business and you might face alot of problems if you dont take it seriously
