Creating A Phone Line?

    How can I get a premium number? E.G Someone calls for a few minutes, and I gain the profit from it?

    Is there any websites that do this? or ways of doing it?

    there is allot but they dont all work internationally

    depends what zone u r working on

    Most premium numbers are diverts to other numbers so yes, you can.

    The VOIP operators are going to be cheaper than the incumbents.
