Creating a Paypal account

    Heya :)
    I wanted to create a paypal account but I dont have a credit/debit card and my parents wont let me use theirs . Is there a way i can register on paypal . I want to recieve my money from ads and stuff and maybe spend them without withdrawing them.

    Do you still need a credit card to register to paypal?

    I could with my bank account. Is this region-dependent?

    you still get the account without credit card, just the different is the account not verified..

    I have created my Paypal account, but please can anyone tell me if I use a virtual Credit Card for verification, will it be acceptable or not?

    I'm pretty sure a virtual card will not work for verification, but may work for making payments through paypal.

    Well I want to create an account but may i use fakenamegenerator ? and a online sms receiver ( the phone number ) . Can i use the acc if its not verified ? And can i buy stuff on internet ? thx

    If you are under-age, I wouldn't recommend doing it, but your username contains '94' is in birth year, are you 18 yet?
    You don't need a credit card to do transactions via PayPal but certain limits may be applied to your account.

    I recommend using Skrill (Moneybookers) though, they charge less fees for personal accounts and don't have the requirement of a confirmed credit card to get your account into a 'standard' state.
