creating a newsletter sign up form

i want to create a simple e-mail submission / newsletter sign up form. How do i do this?

Firstly, do you have a cpanel?

If you do, use the CGI-Email thing that comes with them. Should be somewhere on the first page when you login. If you don't have a cpanel, login to ftp and look for public_html/cgi_bin

Tell me whether it's there or not.

 

Ulquiorra i dont have cpanel - i do have plesk tho.
