creating a new topic on affiliate programs

hello, i wanted to ask a mod if i am allowed to post a topic about a specific affiliate program on the affiliate programs forum. I ask this because i have done it once in the past and i got an infraction for it

am i able to do it now that i am older than 15 days? i checked the FAQ but i am still not sure and dont want to get banned...

You can't spam the forum or shill about the Affiliate Program, other than that it should be okay.

 

BST rules apply in the Affiliates area.

 

well i dont think its spaming, just anouncing an affiliate program, like many other there.
