Creating a Landing page...

I'd like to create a landing page, I think im saying that right:

http://www.gooddog.ca I want a welcome page for people to see with aN "enter button at the bottom taking them to the main site. How do I do this? Thanks

 

dont do that imo is not good ....

 

Use the drupal front page module.. with that you can make a page that's very different to the rest of your site.

 

you gave an opinion but gave no reason for your opinion making it worthless.

 

Splash pages are evil. Not opinion, fact.

Splash pages waste the visitor's time.

Abandonment rates are reported in the 20–50% range.

After working hard to gain click-throughs and SE placement, the user sees no content.
