Creating a group

Hi

I tried to create a group on facebook today... And really strange thing happened.

Groups are totally different :S And they suck

I went like always to groups, then clicked create new group. The whole window was different. Just name was there and I had to invite some people to join in.

Then the group was created, but it didn't have left column menu there and I can't find a way to upload photo albums.

Can you please help me? Can I or How do I create an "old style" facebook group?

Yes i can help you with this just follow my steps. The group shown in my tutorials is created by me for my gaming clan.

Step 1.

This how your group must look once you are in your group page. Then click on *Photos*.



Step 2.

After clicking on *Photos*. Click on *Add Group Photos*



Step 3.

After clicking on *Add Group Photos* you will be re-directed to a page similar like my image below. Then all you need to do is click on *Upload Photos*



Step 4.

After clicking on *Upload Photos* you will be re-directed to a page similar like my image below. Then all you need to do is click on *Browse* and then upload any kind of photos you wanted to upload




That's how you upload a photo on your group.

Thank you very very much for your help! BUT, this is not the problem. I know how to upload the photos once I come to screen one. I suppose this groups was created some time ago. My old groups look the same. But groups created now, look different. Try creating a group and see if it looks the same please.

Diaj has explained in a vary good way, I guess u might mixed up group with fan page. Hope diaj's tutorial will help you to create it easily.

thank you very much for your effort! But you can only upload one photo :S You used to have an application to select more than one photo at once :S

how :S there is only upload a photo button :S where do you select to upload more than one photo?

 

Okay my bad you can't create a album :[.
But you can upload more than one photo the problem is that those photos won't be in a album. They be just like your tagged photos like in your facebook user account.

that sucks :S

 

I hate it that people can add you in some damn group, but the nice thing is, you can build a nice group like that.

 

i just love those new secret groups, they are really nice suprise for me from fb
