Creating a Form Submission in HTML

Hi,

I am trying to set up a form for my site so people can submit their info (lead generation form)

Does anyone know a very good easy-to-do tutorial on this? Direct me to a site?

I just want the fields:

Name, email, etc.

For the form to actually do something (send a email for example), you need php.

Actually no , You should have some coding experiance to create such mailer scripts in php , btw belive me itz the easiest option . if you need any help in setting up your form, let me knw
