    Hi guys,

    say i want to create a frame like this and invite our club members to have it in their profile picture to celebrate the forth coming club's silver jubilee. Do i need to develop an app for this? what is this thing is called really?

    So the picture you listed comes up as no longer there. And I'm not understanding what your asking actually.

    Are you looking to have a group or page for just your club members?

    So the image I see is a guy with an Olympic banner at the bottom. But that being said, the question still remains. Are you trying to have it overlap the pic they have of what whatever the profile pic is or ....

    It almost sounds like your trying to have it like a badge on their profile pic type deal.
